BALTIMORE, Md. — Forty years ago today, parts of north county were under water.
The remnants of Hurricane Agnes were dumping heavy rain on the area - 6.62 inches were recorded at what was then called Friendship Airport - and many local waterways were overflowing their banks. There were flooded roadways, stranded residents and damages to countless homes and businesses.
