Walter (Ned) Wright has more than three decades of emergency management experience at the local and federal levels and with the U.S. military. He has published more than 30 articles on emergency management and military subjects and made numerous presentations before local, state, national and International audiences, including a Congressional Homeland Security Subcommittee. Wright has also developed and delivered training programs, model emergency plans and training exercises on a variety of subjects, and has been an adjunct instructor at the community college and university level. He earned the Certified Emergency Manager designation from the International Association of Emergency Managers in 1996.
